It's been awhile since I've had panic attacks but lately have been hitting me. All day today I've felt like I can't breathe or feel like something is stuck in my throat sensation causing me to constantly clear my throat and swallow and I get scared. I hate this so much and wish I could relax myself but I'm too focussesno it and i know its making it worse but it's hard not to.

Just need to get this out and will take any advice. I have suffered from anxiety and panic attacks for about 9 years now. In this elapsed time I have had it under better control because I had a better understanding of what was going on. Lately I feel like my anxiety has turned into a bit of a depression...I'm not really sure how to explain it. I can feel fine when I am out or with people but and the end of the day deep down I feel just no desire or able to be happy. It's sad like I should be...

not feeling so good feel like i cant breath ... i feel like i cant get enough air or dont have enough lung capacity... i know its jus anxity but i'm freakin out i just took a xanax to help me calm down i''m cheking my pulse... i can't take this anymore i'm so scared
