I wake up in between sleep feeling unreal and depersonalised. Some days it feelse like the world around me isnt happening to me but from within me. This feeling of unreality never ceases but that doesnt mean i want to make others reading this post feel as hopeless as i do. It does go away. But with my family and life situation things are just not looking up for me. I dont know what to do. How can i immediately relieve this feeling?
