  I have chronic insomnia. Sleep induction problem is not easy to control. Last night i took zanax melatonin and triazolam but it took more than 1h until i can fall asleep.Bcz of the meds I always sleepy inthe morning. And frequently take naps. I know it will disrupt night sleep but cant work without nap and caffeine.What do i start to change?
