Don't nap after about 2pm
Caffeine can be a huge problem..... If you want to nap longer splash cold water on your face and take a little walk
Once you change your routine and stop the caffeine your sleep may come a lot easier
Melatonin can have a rebound effect.... Don't take it all the time or it can really effect being able to sleep
It's frustrating I know.... Big hug.... xo
I follow a bipolar 'channel' on Reddit and someone posted wearing their Apple watch to track sleep. It doesn't help you sleep but it was interesting to see it visually only getting 3-4 hrs of sleep on average.
I too was napping daily during lunch and have now been going to lay in bed early instead by 7pm.
Sorry you can't sleep "/
