I had my first medic episode postpartum 7 months ago. It was so traumatic that I'm having PTSD symptoms (not formally diagnosed)
I want to heal from it so I can bond with my baby/get my life back.
Anyone have any thoughts or tips? I just started therapy this week

Identify the strong support system around you and identify those who are on your team.
Therapy is good
Medication is tricky to get right but it can be done and be very beneficial with a solid communication with the right doctors.
One step at a time. Baby steps. Congratulations on your new baby. You WILL be successful and stay brave!
Are you seeing a psychiatrist?... If not I would ask to be referred to one
It's great that you're starting therapy..... It will help.... With regards to bonding with your baby I would fake it til you make it
Even if you aren't feeling motherly feelings at this point in time you can still do motherly things until you're feeling them sweetie
I'm sorry that you're going through such a hard time... It will get better... Please hang onto that
Unfortunately what goes up must come down and there's a crash after the high but that will improve
