  Hello to all my DS friends.  Well we are in the third day of dangerous pollution from the forest fires to our north.  I will be so glad when things have cleared up.  We have been told by the weather forecasters that the air direction is changing today and it will hopefully take the smoke out of here.  I am so tired of staying in the house with the windows closed as well as all the doors closed.  The pollution is so bad that we got an email from our doctor warning us to stay inside since it...

  Hello DS friends My goodness, it has been a very long time since I was on here last.  So much has happened since I last had an entry on here.First off--John's health has improved so much.  He was finally diagnosed with AlphaGal syndrome and since he has been on the special diet for that disease. He is able to eat and to have it agree with him as long as he sticks to the diet.  It has been as adjustment for us as far as planning the menu for the day but I love a challenge.  It is amazing...
