  Due to a long history of family issues nursed my dad through cancer when I was 12, my mum useless and tried to kill herself, other stresses I managed to get myself back on track and have forged a career for myself, got married, have a great partner, nice house, lots of lovely friends etc. But 40 years on due to a  seizure 2 years ago caused by dehydration and others issues I am suffering from panic disorder and severe anxiety. I find myself in a place I never thought I would be in again and...
