  So I'm very aware of my anxiety and what it does to others and how my body reacts to certain things plus what can trigger it.....I've noticed that social media is high on the list of triggers so I took it off of my phone yesterday (nervous yet freeing feelings).   Hi. So I struggle worrying constantly....about everything. Since my stepson passed, I am so worried about anyone around me getting hurt which has then stemmed to worrying about every little thing. It's exhausting. It's affecting my relationship. My kids are already aware of my worry.   Hi! Long story short I never had any anxiety until I became a parent. Then had normal "new mom" worries but everyone said I was a helicopter mom.In 2019 my stepson passed away (suddenly and tragically)....now I struggle with PTSD (never thought I had this until I spoke with my therapist) and anxiety. I'm a walking worrier over everything so badly I can't relax. I've been searching for a group I can chat with online since I'm not near any in person groups.
