Finding Dailystrength was a "lifesaver" for me. I write on here sometimes daily, sometimes more than that. I write whatever I am feeling. Sometimes I wake up and it may be the first thing I do to get things off my chest. I really have no one to talk to (other than my therapist) so this forum is great for that.
The individuals here are so helpful! Even when they hear me say the same thing time and time again.. It doesn't matter. It is so supportive here.
So just write whatever you are feeling and/or whatever you feel comfortable putting out there. (I happen to mainly put it all out there)
