  I think my new medication is finally starting to work, I've been more productive and my mood isn't as depressed, however I'm still quite paranoid. I keep jumping at noises and I'm very suspicious of people. I can't shake this feeling that someone is watching me.It's so frustrating. I can barely leave my house because I feel exposed like someone might come after me. Does anyone else feel this way?

  Just need to vent. I hate that we have to pay for healthcare in the US. I'm behind on my bill and can't make a new appointment until it's caught up. I'm running out of meds too. I might have to borrow money from my parents which I hate doing. I also might eventually have to find a new provider that charges less, but it took me so long to get an appointment at this office. I'm just really frustrated about this whole thing.

  Does anyone else have trouble remembering things? I feel like since I started showing symptoms both my short term and long term memory has been awful.

  I've had delusions before and I'm having them now, I'm really distressed by how real it feels. It feels like people are conspiring against me, even though I know it can't be true.Is this level of paranoia normal for depressive episodes? Has anyone else experienced this?

  How do you keep up with everything when it all feels completely pointless? I've been so depressed and paranoid, I keep thinking something something horrible is going to happen.I'm so exhausted from my mind running through all the worst case scenarios of everything constantly. I've tried all the usual coping techniques for catestrophic thinking and paranoid thoughts but they aren't working. I don't know what to do anymore. I feel like I'm going to be stuck like this forever.

  Hi everyone,I was recently diagnosed with bipolar type 2. I'm currently in a depression episode and was looking for support groups and found Daily Strength. Just wanted to introduce myself and say hi.
