  when you get super anxious do you just feel like the heartbeat going in your head? So it's like you feel it pounding but not like in a pain kind of way. You just feel it like a heartbeat.

  2 weeks ago I got covid, I had a normal cold nothing bad. But now I have this lingering cough. This cough has been making me anxious cause idk why it won't go away. It's to the point of that I'm scared to sleep. I don't know how to relax myself when I'm always coughing. I've been taking meds but I'll get better one day and the next day the cough comes back. I have maybe like 1 month and a half where I'm scared to go to sleep. It sucks cause I used to love sleeping. It was my favorite thing.

  When you get anxiety does anybody feel like weird in your body? Like if your not in your body, like you just feel like your not in control of your body ?  And it just scares you cause your not in control of it.

  I know my big thing now for my anxiety has been like physical symptoms. I'll get some sort of pain in my hand and I'll freak out. If it's not that, I'll get a pain by leg and I'll freak out. Or by my chest area and it's the same thing. And like sometimes it comes and goes. I mean I know anxiety makes physical symptoms right ? Like my body is projecting all of this ? I already went to the doctor and he cleared me with my heart. My heart is good.

  Basically when I'm happy or not anxious about anything I feel great. But then there's times that I start to realize that I'm having a good time then I get like this weird zap or pain around my chest area , stomach, heart area few times and I start freaking out. I mean I know this could be my anxiety. It's just it's scared me getting these weird shirt zaps by my heart. I know my doctor said my heart is fine but still why am I getting these zaps. Anybody else gets these ??

  So recently I've been getting like this pressure on my left arm. Sometimes it feels like I have to keep it at a certain position and feels weird if I move it a lot. I also freak out cause I've been getting this weird sensations like around my heart or boob. But my doctor said my heart is fine. So I know my heart is good. I just don't know about this pressure. Is that a symptom?

  I have gotten days where I have to think on breathing. If I don't think about breathing, I feel like I'm not breathing at all and that I'm gonna die. Sometimes it's like all day that I have to think about it. And because of that I get super anxious. I have to tell myself breathe in and breathe out. Anybody else gets like this ??? I couldn't even sleep tonight cause I woke up in the middle of the night aware of my breathing.
