Do you have things you like to do that help you relax? Fun things to do, things that make you happy, meditation, working out, hobbies?
I know you said this all started 3 weeks ago. Could it be because of the holidays maybe. If the anxiety is something new for you, I would encourage you to stay busy, distract yourself, and continue to live your daily life as normal. The more we sit and wonder about this symptom or that symptom, it can make us more and more anxious.
If this continues, you might have to think about talking to a therapist and possibly getting on anti-anxiety medication.
But for now, stay busy with other things, do something physical like working out, going for a walk, clean up the house.... something that releases physical energy.... will help the anxiety to calm down.
I've lived with anxiety for over 25 years now. I think it's important to get control of it early on. You can do this! You're not alone.
