  So I've been sitting here wanting to write but self censoring.  So, if I cut through the BS, I don't want to continue the work.  The world feels overwhelming, I've recently had to go no contact with my father and step mom.  It took two days for the triangulation to start.  I can almost hear the mantra of baby steps.  This is the moment, not the lifetime (perhaps this is better posted to the depression board - ah the irony). I've recently gone no contact with my narc dad.  The...

  As I've mentioned, I'm coming off of a whirlwind of drama/drama that's happened in my life over the last 4 ish year's.  One of these was my husband crashing super hard about three years   ago.  His long term job at a law firm, went away as the law firm closed.  He wasnt set up for getting a new job, but landed another good position at a smaller firm.  Problem is the woman running the place was “different” and my husband folded when he was presented with her rather crazed approach.  So...
