  I am exploring the deep corners of narcissism/psychopathy and prior to this it has been debilitating. Now it is simply not easy, so far I haven't been debilitated into a deep depression.   I have been feeling heavy levels of anxiety leading to more exhaustion and burnout. On paper this makes sense.. it is a givein symptom from PTSD, Complex PTSD, trauma.... though I keep finding sources of information that tell me how to deal with anxiety... its difficult to find the root or the core of anxiety.
