  I'm notorious for overthinking/ over analyzing and self sabotage.   I've known for years that I have an eating disorder. But yet I can't find a healthy balance that works. I have developed so many tendencies of "over eating" or just simply "not eating". It's exhausting because I know implementing consistency is a good healthy balance. I meal prep good portioned meals and I make a point to pack food but eating it sometimes is much harder to do. But then my body at a certain point makes me eat then I eat and eat and eat and eat until I'm unbearably...
