  I'm so tired of being alone to the point where I have developed intense fear and health anxiety, but I also don't have anywhere to go and I don't feel like there are any people in my life that I can rely on besides a text here or there.   I've been struggling so much with health anxiety since June. I've been in the urgent care 5 times with a myriad of symptoms and am always told it's anxiety. The thing is, I live alone and I'm so afraid that an emergency will happen and I won't react because I tell myself it's just anxiety.
