  I have Agoraphobia and Health anxiety and I can't seem to stop my brain from thinking I have a blood clot or the doctor missed something every time my legs hurts a lot. I also have diabetes which I know causes leg pains but every time my calf has a cramp my anxiety freaks out and I automatically believe it's a clot and im gonna die soon. Does anyone else go through this.

  So as I've said before I've been diagnosed now for 5 years with Agoraphobic anxiety, I didn't leave my house for a total of 6 months straight when I was first diagnosed. Eventually it started getting easier to deal with and have been good for a year and a half with no bad attacks. Then this past Saturday I was riddled with anxiety all day while at work!   Anyone have insane Gerd or Heartburn that sends you straight into a full blown freak fast I'm currently having a bad episode and I can't get my mind to stop thinking it's a heart attack even though every time I go in to check my heart they say it's perfect.   Hey everyone my name is Ipo and I'm new here, been battling Agoraphobic anxiety for years and now been diagnosed with Health anxiety also. Every pain or ache in my body makes me believe I'm dying from a heart attack or a stroke or I have blood clot and it's becoming dibilitating. Am I the only one going through something like this? I feel like I'm going crazy.
