  I will soon be seing a counselor/therapist (whatever you want to call it) for my anxiety. This is something new to me that I have not tried yet. I have high hopes that it will be beneficial for me, any ideas on what I can expect ? Like I said I have never done this before.

  i use nicotine in the form of vapes. ive read online that nicotine can actually enhance anxiety, im not sure if this is true since im a regular user, does anyone have an opinion on this ? is it true ? should i attempt to quit ?

  I wrote in here a few days ago that the Ativan im using for my anxiety wasnt working as well as I thought it should. Now my doctor wants me to try Propranolol, which is a beta blocker. As anyone used this for anxiety ? If so, what are your thoughts on it ?

  I feel like I sometimes have panic attacks while I'm asleep. I don't want to sound crazy but I will have panic attacks in the dream I am having, then wake up very disoriented and all around out of it. Does this happen to anyone else ?

  Alright, what's yalls opinion on smoking weed to help anxiety ? Does it help you or make it worse ? I used to be a daily smoker and was thinking it helped but here lately it seems like it may be causing panic attacks. Or if anyone has tried CBD or Delta 8 weed, I would like to hear your experiences with that too.
