  It has been too long since I have been on here. I hope everyone is doing well and hanging in there. I have been on a self-care journey that has been both inspiring and difficult. I am still fighting my demons daily, but have learned techniques that definitely help. I feel that, in time, I will be able to line myself out. I hope.   Hello friends! I wanted to check in to see how everyone is doing. I hope all is well. :) I had my follow up with my doctor yesterday. He was happy about all that I have been doing to try and minimize my anxiety. My blood pressure was really good too. He wants to keep me on the increased dosages until we are able to get my anxiety under better control. I still freak out on a daily basis, so I definitely agree with him on that.
