  I feel like such a failure today. Completely worthless. Just a waste. I don't know why I just keep going... The world would still keep going and I would just be a small bump to be ignored. Being sad is not even enough. I can't do anything right. I should just quit but then I get yelled at for that. I get yelled at if I try... what is the point....

  I started my day with my wife (whom I am separated from atm) sending me videos of my daughter. Oh the emotions today are out of control. Its hard for me to be vunerable to emotions. Growing up being taught that i was to never let anyone else see "bad" emotions that showed weakness or flaws. I am just out of control emotionally today....

  Well lots of my deep rooted issues are due to my mother. Everything is all about her and her way. Nothing else is correct or works. If she doesn't think it will work... even if it does... then it doesn't. If you don't conform you are worthless to her. She is very much in full belief of throwing people away. Children included.   Hello everyone,I am most definately a depressed person. I have a hard time to be motivated. I was taking an anti depressant but it wasn't working so for now I am off. I have some marital issues I am working on at this time. It spurs from a different issue. I am always down on myself and feel like why am I continuing. I have fits of randomly crying at this moment. I miss my family as I am currently separated from them. Just need another outlet and hoping here will work out.
