Depression Support Group
Depression is a real and debilitating condition that is often misunderstood by family and friends. Its meaning can range from a prolonged period of sadness to an actual mental illness with specific symptoms. Find and share experiences with others who are going through the same struggles.

Meanwhile, change your environment by getting rid of all negative things in your personal space. Think about what has worked for you before and stick with it. Try to distract yourself from urges to come down on yourself. Set a "quit date" or reference a special day in the future and rid of all the junk and misfortune you've internalized for far too long. This a critical time for you to choose to stop the madness in your life. Take advantage of it. Then and then only will you be able to stop being a passenger in life and start driving for what's in your own best interest and happiness. Please don't let others' aggressive behavior define who you really are or what you strive to be at best in life.
If all else falls in, and you are not showing signs of emotional growth and improvement, then see (if you are not yet seeking) a professional, talk to your doctor or other health care providers, and find useful ways to lower your stress level.
Best always.
