  I've been worried about my health lately so started taking a lot of vitamins and I wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this while taking Omega-3, vitamin B, vitamin D, and digestive supplements, does your breath ever smell funny or you get a weird smell that you can't really describe after taking the vitamins? I can't tell if it's just my anxiety or others have experienced this too.

  Anyone else worry that they're gonna drive their significant other away because of their anxiety? Lately I've been experiencing a lot of health anxiety bc I went to the ER yesterday and they told me I might have GERD. I'm worried my bf is going to get tired of hearing about different symptoms I think I'm having/possible illnesses. I'm making a doctors appointment tomorrow but in the meantime I'm going crazy and I'm worried he's going to become unhappy with us

  I'm new to this group but have been experiencing such bad anxiety lately concerning my health and everyone's health around me. Today I went to the ER because I was experiencing some bleeding on my rectum (tmi I'm sorry). they told me my vitals are fine that it is a Hemorrhoid and there's nothing theyre concerned about. I'm sitting here at home thinking that I'm actually dying. I can't eat and that's unusual for me, I can't sleep because I keep thinking if I do I'm gonna die. I can't help but...
