  So it has been about a month since my break up and I feel better about myself and less anxious overall. I'm happy for the most part but there are times where I find myself reflecting and wondering what-if scenarios. Also recently have been getting a lot of I guess you could call them "signs" telling me they were the one and to reach out and stuff like that. It's just giving me this false hope and I'm trying to ignore them but they keep appearing all over my social media and video and movie...
