  I'm curious about others experiences with anxiety medication. What medication(s) do you take for your general anxiety or panic attacks? Do they work well for you? My anxiety is extra severe lately and I feel trapped in my body, sometimes my mind just takes over and all my coping skills and healthy behaviors I learned over the years don't work. Usually when I'm suffering like this, I talk to my doctor about medication. Right now I take hydroxyzine, which doesn't do much. I've taken klonopin and...
