  I havent been on here in months because I have been in A MUCH BETTER PLACE. I'm back tonight because for some reason tonight is just to much. I'm lying in bed and everytime I start to dooze off I am jolted awake by this intesne surge of anxiety. I have no idea why? I feel like I am not dealing with much more than any other average person right now.. I literally have no idea why my body is doing this. I have been examined head to toe and do not have any medical conditons other than possibly...

  I dont know what to do anymore. I feel like my throat is closing I cant even lay on my side or I feel like I cant breathe like I have been out of breath all day. For some reason my mouth and jaw hurt. I want to call my doctor but I litterally just feel like I am going to bother her, and shes just going to think I am being crazy. I feel like no doctors actually want to help me.. and with the corona virus going on Its going to be hard to find a new one right now..... I feel very helpless

  Hello All!Since hearing that I may possibly have Lupus my anxiety has been all over the place today. I feel like I have been trying to so hard to fight it off today by staying busy/working out but its still here and haunting me. Every ache and pain I have in my head is life or death right now and I am thinking very negativly again. its really upsetting I was getting so much better and I feel like its all going down hill again.

  So today I had a doctors appt for my lab work that was done. I was told that I more than likely have Lupus. I have never even heard of this til today. I am being sent to a specialist but I have no idea how long its going to take to get in with the current pandemic :(I am worried and trying to stay away from google as much as possible. If anyone knows anything about this I would love to know.. Also my therapist is leaving the current place where I see her so I dont know how long its going to be...
