  Hello, I'm new to this group, but I've been suffering with severe acne since I was 12, and I'm 38 now. As I've become older the acne has changed slightly, mostly in location. I now get it on my neck a lot more than I ever used to. But overall the degree of severity has rarely changed. I have tried every over the counter treatment I can find, but have had no success.
