I have suffered many many years from painful chronic cystic acne. It seems to run in my family... fortunately my breakouts appear mostly where clothing covers it, under the arms, abdomen, chest and butt. Not only is it extremely painful, but nothing seems to work. I've tried rx's, cremes, soaps, lotions, over the counter everything. It is emotionally debilitating for me. Intimate relationships are not even a consideration. I feel for you. If you find something that works please share!

Hi, I have FINALLY cleared up my cystic acne. I only get the period pimples every now and then(let me know if you want my routine for my face.) I too also use to get acne on my arms and chest and back but I no longer get this anymore due to dry brushing! It has worked wonders for my body and face; I also drink herbs that help my liver out. I dry brush my body and face 3x a week Because I’m too lazy to do it everyday. if you do plan to try this out make sure that you get a dry brush for the face and another one for the body. i also take a mix of herbs that include Dandelion leaf, alfalfa, spearmint, stinging nettle, and red raspberry this helps keep my insides clean and the dry brush moves my lymphatic system while exfoliating my skin for showering I use an African net, black soap with 4-5 drops of the dr. Bronner tea tree liquid Castile soap make sure to moisturize very well as this mix will leave your body dry for moisturizer I made a mix of almond oil and essential oils this includes lavender tea tree, clove oil, and geranium I use the NOW brand essential oils and almond oil if you plan to try this out make sure to use a glass bottle with a pump as essential oils can’t go into plastic bottles. let me know if you need any clarification. also, make sure you are drinking TONS of water as the herbs will need a source drain out the toxins
