I tend to think too much. I do this thing all the time that I saw on House M.D. where House would just barge into Wilson's office, rant at him as though he wanted to hear Wilson's opinion, ignore Wilson's opinion, and then leave having come to a decision. I guess you could describe it as requiring an audience. Here, though, you get to opt-in to being a member of the audience watching my personal shitshow. Wilson didn't get a choice. And, for the record, I think Dr. Oz is a hack-- this statement being necessary since he's a co-founder of the parent company of this site.

I was recently made aware that I probably had something akin to codependency buried closer to the root of all my issues-- one of the big signs of codependency being an extreme avoidance with showing certain emotions that could be perceived as weakness and covering up those emotions with things like anger, humor, or sarcasm.
