  Hi all, Everybody seems so hopeless without any remedies for panic attacks.  We need some positive solutions.  Has anyone tried deep breathing and grounding?  Grounding is when you focus on sight, smell, and feeling like pressure on your feet, knees, etc.  That can be combined with progressive muscle relaxation.  I am still struggling, but my husband is helping me. kalamitycat.

  Hi all, My panic attacks are getting worse and it is awful.  I'm on Haldol and it is horrible stuff.  I can't even read a large print book, because it is affecting my eyes. Also, I'm drooling and feel weak.   Anyone on Haldol?  Any remedy for panic attacks? Kalamitycat

  Hi all, I've had constant panic attacks for 2 years and am desperate.  My psychiatrist prescribed Haldol and I hate it.  Anybody got anything that works and doesn't zonk you out? Kathy
