  im really struggling at the moment with my 6 year old son who has ADHD theres no focus at home or at school hes constantly on the go. always winding up his siblings and tormenting them. tonight he has decided he didnt want a mattress on his bed so he has completely stripped it and managed somehow to flip the mattress off his bed. He has been excluded from school on numerous occassions he has spent more time at home than he has at school and not just for stupid thing either hes being attacking...

  Id never had a panic attack until the end of february this year. my mum passed away on the 25th so as i realised i wasnt coping went and spoke to the dr and got some meds. The meds were making me unwell so i stopped taking them ready to go back to the drs to change them and thats when i i my first ever attack..... but unfortunately for myself i had about 10-15 one after the other and they were the big ones that knocked you to the floor. now im on the right meds but they still happen for no...
