  Hi everyone.  I spent all last week getting my reflux under control, my diet right and I am feeling a ton better.  I had a moment where I was smiling and spending time with my son and then a message came in that meant possibly some more rough times ahead.  I was able to call and see what I can do, but nothing is set in stone yet so I’m on this brink worrying and then telling myself not to worry.   Hi.  It’s my first time here.  It’s been a trying week and my attempts to control my anxiety have not been going well.  I had an allergic reaction to an over the counter medication and of course my thoughts took over and a panic attack began to manifest.  I was grateful that my partner was more helpful than usual, but he did kept saying I was being dramatic which made me feel awful for even trying otc medication to help with the recent influx of acid reflux.  I need my anxiety under...
