Hi everyone. I spent all last week getting my reflux under control, my diet right and I am feeling a ton better. I had a moment where I was smiling and spending time with my son and then a message came in that meant possibly some more rough times ahead. I was able to call and see what I can do, but nothing is set in stone yet so I’m on this brink worrying and then telling myself not to worry. I think what bothers me the most is that every time I get back on track somerging happens to bring the anxiety back. And with life having it’s constant hurdles as it does, I’m just having a hard time dealing with the fact that I’m always going to have to work to manage the problem while trying to maintain control of my thoughts. I hope everyone is well and if not, fighting the fight to get there.

I don't really know how to label this but I having a rough week and I can't say it's one thing.... I have a lot on my plate which is nothing new and I try to cope in many positive ways and do but I still have my moments.My kids more so my daughters talk to me about everything which I know it's cause of comfort and we are close.... however I really struggle with the venting about their dad which...

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
