I have always been a pretty big procrastinator when it comes to school work especially. Lately I have been waiting until the absolute last minute to do my assignments and school work which causes me a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. It has also taken a tole on the quality of some of my work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can stop procrastinating?

Ankle Injury

For the past few months I have been having some problems with my ankle. I had a minor sprain from soccer that I rested for about a week and when I started practice again I still had some pain but it was barable. It is now about 2 months since my original sprain and I still have some pain with lateral movement. Is this something I should worry about or is this just part of the healing process?

I haven't ever really struggled with fitness during sports before until this past year. I recently started playing college soccer and the demands are much higher than they were for my club or high school soccer team. I constantly feel like I am behind on my level of fitness no matter how much I run outside of our team practices.
