  As if, 40 years of HS wasn't enough.  Everywhere that's usual and now under my arms is raging.I have been diagnosed with stage four colon cancer that's mastisized to my liver, kidneys, lungs and saliva glands.  I'm supposed to do six months chemo and just had my 3 month PETSCAN checkup.  There is marked decrease in the size of some of my tumors and lesions.  This week I meet with the oncologist at home and then the head surgeon down in Florida at UF.  I understand that they can't cure me...

  Has anyone had blood clots because of your chemo treatment?  I was limping and have terrible pain in my leg.  Like a charliehorse that never stops.  A forever cramp hurts.   After 3 weeks of complaints and reduced to my walker to move the PA said, just to rule it out let's do an ultrasound.  You have to see your doctor before you leave the hospital always means they found something.  So now I am on Elaquest blood thinner and don't even know where or how many clots I have.   Still unable...

  If you have tried to quit and you were unsuccessful.  Don't give up, try again!  It takes some longer than others.  Keep trying as many times as you need to.  Onetime you will find the thing that makes it worth it.   Maybe it's your health, a friend or your child, it could be a spouse or parent.  There is something that makes it worth it to you to quit.  Everyone is different!  Keep trying!!  Be strong!! I really liked smoking.  It gave me a reason to go outside.  I always had...

  Have you noticed the pattern?  Always seems to be the worse during the Fall.  This year is no different there.  Under my arms and down below is driving me crazy.  Left side and then right.  Pain, pop, drain then repeat.  Crazy circle going round and round.  At the beginning of this year I started seeing my GP for a terrible pain in my shoulder.  After many shots, tests and visits, then X-rays to a CAT Scan ended up to be a PET Scan with a diagnosis of stage 4 colon cancer.  With that...
