I have to share this however, for a period of about 10 months I had no flare ups. I worked out 2x a day, cut dairy, carbs, sugars and nicotine out of my life and had so much confidence, I was even able to wear a bathing suit and was a frequent visitor to the beach! That's how much it cleared up for me! No embarrassment! However life and work took over and I quickly picked up all those bad habits again! I want to know if I'm the only one who has experienced relief from healthy life style. What else has worked for you? I'm suffering again and can't find the motivation to lead a healthy lifestyle again.

P.S When I stopped drinking the Cranberry Juice, the HS started back up again so I started drinking it again and it stopped
