  I had a major anxiey attack today. I stared off the morning very confident that I had my homework done for one of my college proffessors who hands out a great deal of reading. I had wrote 22 pages of notes that were due on the required reading. Then becasue of the weather classes were cancled and she comes up with a modified assigment that she announces during the last minute that she wants submitted online in place of the notes because of the canceltion.   Hi everyone I'm Kc I'm just trying to help find a way to manage my anxiety and feels like I'm alone in dealing with this issue and its hard to talk about with friends becasue I don't know how they will react.
