I had a major anxiey attack today. I stared off the morning very confident that I had my homework done for one of my college proffessors who hands out a great deal of reading. I had wrote 22 pages of notes that were due on the required reading. Then becasue of the weather classes were cancled and she comes up with a modified assigment that she announces during the last minute that she wants submitted online in place of the notes because of the canceltion. By the time she sends this email I am working and not in a postion to complete this last minuite assigment. I then panicked and brokr down over the stress. I emailed the proffessor frantically and she did give the class till midnight then. I have the assigment completed not but I still feel so anxcious over the whole experince and Im all worked up. I thought writing about it on here might help me calm down a little sorry if this is a bit of a rant.
