  If I don't start to gain wait I may need to have an NG Tube. Has anyone had one? What was it like? How long did you have to have it? Did it help? I'm upset and embarrassed about the idea.

  I am being admitted into a psychiatric hospital for the second time. I am really scared as I didn't have the best experience last time I was in. I know I need to be there to be safe but last time all I could think about was hurting myself and I was really distressed and couldn't control myself so I'm really concerned this will happen again making my stay longer and much more difficult. Any advice?
