  September 26th 2015 will forever be imprinted in my brain. That's almost 2 years ago. I'm almost 2 years contact free. It's been two years since I spoke to the person I viewed as my everything. He was my air and when everything fell apart I felt like I'd never breathe again. But I am still breathing. I left. And I think maybe that's lucky because I've realized afterwards that he was starting the abandonment phase and that would've crushed me even more. I'm also sure he wasn't done quite done...

  About 20 months ago I had my last conversation with the most important person in my life. I was so deeply wounded I thought that maybe id never learn to live again. I couldn't do it alone! I started a journey through hell and back and slowly slowly I detangled myself, got distance, therapy.   I don't even know when I was here last but I know a lot has happened. The good news is that after half a lifetime wondering what the hell is wrong with me, I've finally got something to hold onto. In March this year I got the diagnosis Borderline personality disorder. I was relieved. Finally finally finally some recognition. I felt verified.
