  I started this week off right.  I told my therapist everything.  Through chattering teeth and cold sweats I admitted all of my lying and deceiving to her and others and she agreed that I have a problem.  It was an extremely intense 45 minutes.  I vowed to understand that I could not be perfect but to lie less.Things are already going a lot better for me inside my head.  But one thing lead to another and I began to feel the crudest anxieties over things I'd done in the past.  I guess my...

  I really wish I didn't, I swear, but I love lying.  I cannot stop lying.  I have no idea if I am pathological or compulsive but my therapist certainly wouldn't know because I lie to her, too.  Every time I start off with someone fresh - tabula rasa and all - I promise myself that I will not lie and end up doing it anyway.  The number of people I'm deceiving at all times is grotesque.  I find it disgusting and wonderful all at once.  However, I know that this is wrong and I'm not going to...
