  Good afternoon fellow Codependents:     This is my very first post on this group (codependency) and am a bit nervous and shy but definitely know I have an issue.   i know it’s a complicated question that most people probably can’t answer on my behalf.. But am more or less looking for advice from others on why they smoke and how they quit. I myself have begun smoking about 4-5 yeArs ago due to a mental health issue I dealt with, in which while hospitalized it seemed like the thing to do.
