Fast forward 8 years later and I'm trying to quit every month, making it a few weeks at a time. If that. The weekends get me every time.
Its now been 4 days since my last. I suggest, keep trying. Keep failing. You will eventually get so good at quitting, eventually it will just stick.
I'm at the point now I don't even tell anyone I'm quitting. Probably would sound like a broken record. But each quit I feel like I'm gaining more and more power over it.
It's true when they say... Never quit trying to quit... Oh and Replacement Nicotine products do not work. Not for me. Government wants to keep us addicted! It creates a giant revenue, in smokes and patches and drugs. Good luck.
