Hello, I'm new to support groups, and not sure where to start, I've been keeping a journal but I haven't joined in on any discussions. I'm 55 years old, I'm married, I have anxiety, and depression, and I'm a broken mess, how about you guys?

My husband hasn't slept 4 or 5 hours in 3 days, he's got to be taking something to keep him going. He's acting like he's 20 years old, making stupid decisions, driving with heavy metal music blaring so loud you can hear him coming before he gets to the house, this is a 46 year old man, not a 20 year old. Well gettin ready for my appointment at the social security office, I'm applying for my disability again after waiting for 2 years only to be turned a few months ago. I'm praying this time they aprove me, I have a hard time washing my hair, and taking a shower but our government, thinks I'm no disable, but they love giving free money to people that don't even belong in this country. Gotta go be back later.

Well it's another hot, and humid day here in Mississippi. Feels like temperature is 102. We have been having these hot humid days since late May, with no break. I hate cold weather, but I'm ready for a break from this humidity, it's really hard to breathe.

Another typical day here at my house. my cousin is come to visit the 27th, I am so excited, I haven't seen her in 20 years. Happy news for a change, I've been stressed for long it seems, all summer thank you Jesus happy news.

Well it's a typical day at my house. My husbands been mad at me all day, he stayed up all night on a chat app. I didn't say a thing about him being up all night, I just got up and started my coffee. He asked me what I had against him using this app called agent, I told him my problem is not that he uses this app, my problem is that he is on it every spare second he gets, he ignores me, and our dog because he's always on this app. We have been having communication problems before he started...
