  My mind and body feel like they are completely riddled with anxiety and panic. Reality is moving in slow motion and my brain is moving too fast to comprehend coherent thoughts. I’m so exhausted and I just want to sleep!

  It’s been a while since I’ve been on here, and there have been some changes. Sadly, not the changes that I had hoped for.
