I have suffered with depression for the last 30 years. I have maintained it with medications and I was in the inpatient program and PHP a few years ago. The last 2 years have been pretty good, but the last month I have been a lot more depressed with the feeling of "what is the purpose". I am new to the on-line support groups. I have added myself to a couple. I deal with anxiety, depression, OCD and Bipolar. I have dealt with this since elementry school.Lately I have found myself slipping into a place that I don't want to be. My anxiety is through the roof and that is with taking my anxiety meds. My depression is also worse and at times I find myself feeling like I just want to go to bed so that I can "get away". I know this isn't the answer because I have done this...
