  So I have really horrible insomnia, horrible. It's definitely tied in with anxiety and depression too. And i feel so hopeless and frustrated about it. I've tried everything and I mean everything. And it's so hard for me to function when I'm getting so little or such poor quality sleep. It's also frustrating because I don't know anyone personally who relates to the struggle or maybe responds in the way I need. Basically, I don't really want advice, but I would love if people could just relate...
