  Just curious if mood swings have anything to do with trich as mood swings have just become common for me. Each time getting worse.

  So today I found out I have trichotillomania. I knew that me pulling out my hair wasn't that normal and so I looked it up, I was a bit relived that other people were going through what I am and that people have overcome trichotillomania. I'm 15 and have anxiety and I dont like to talk to people about my problems and I havnt talked to my parents about this, so if anyone could recommended some ways to stop pulling would be great.
