  Hi! Within the past 4 months I have self diagnosed myself with Trich (but I've been pulling for about a year but within the months, everything has gone downhill).  I have told my mother (who brought up that when I was around 5/6, I would pull my hair out then too) and she keeps insisting that it is just a habit, and that I just need to "try harder" to make it stop.  She doesn't understand that I'm trying my hardest even when I try to tell her.  When she catches me with my hands in my hair or...
