  I hate having nightmares about the past, i cant wake up from them sometimes, and when i do wake up i feel worse then what i already do. Its like my past is haunting me and laughing at me.

  I went to the store today and my anxiety started going throught the roof, so i did the breathing exercises and it helped. The store was crowded and noisyand to much stuff going on at once.

  I got to talking about my past and it triggered a flash back and now im having a panic attack. Im trying a breathing exerise to try and calm my self down. My heart is racing and feels like it might come out of my chest and my hands are going numb. Any advice???
