i was in a setiom with my case worker and my anxiety started to build up, I started getting really anxious because I was talking about my past. And talking about my past is hard and triggers flashbacks and panic attacks.

In my own anxiety cycle, the "almost" in your subject line counts as a celebration worthy success. Getting a handle on my anxiety before it escalates into a full panic attack is good, solid progress, especially while I am having flashbacks. Taking the time to congratulate myself on the success serves as positive reinforcement I can use in future go-rounds.

That sounds pretty typical. Have you been able to overcome your past or are you working on that? I know the flashbacks and panic attacks can be rough. Like PP said, it's great that it wasn't a full blown panic attack. Deep breathing works for me. Are there things you try to ease the anxiety?

I did the dumbest thing today. I charged my earbuds, unplugged the block and put the block in my little bag instead of the earbuds. I wasn't happy about that when I got to the gym. What a dummy!
